When to Send the Save the Date Cards?
The save the date cards should be send out six to eight months prior to your wedding and definitely eight weeks or earlier the wedding day.   

​Your guests will appreciate the heads up and for the consideration for them to arrange time off from work and allowing them to arrange child care if necessary and travel arrangements.  

Who to send a save the date to?  Anyone you are sure will be invited and do not include guests on your B list otherwise you will be obligated to send a wedding invitation.
